Alicia Clemente helps Manning CICS students navigate academic difficulties, family and personal emergencies, and other challenges that arise during their academic career. She provides coordination and leadership for advising programs, and partners with faculty and staff to ensure students receive support and resources to thrive.   

Before joining Manning CICS, Clemente worked as an advisor in the UMass College of Engineering. She came to UMass after 14 years working in the administration at Harvard University. She has an MEd in policy, planning, and administration from Boston University and a BA from Mount Holyoke College.
