About
Arun Venkataramani joined the faculty of the Manning College of Information and Computer Sciences (CICS) at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2005 as an assistant professor. He became an associate professor in Fall 2010.
Venkataramani was the co-recipient of the J.C. Browne Fellowship that is awarded to an outstanding graduate student in computer sciences at the University of Texas at Austin. He was ranked in the top 40 among more than 100,000 candidates from around India in the entrance examination to the Indian Institutes of Technology.
