Vera Palmer

Vera Palmer is the assistant director for employer relations in the Manning College of Information and Computer Sciences at UMass Amherst. She supports the college's mission of helping students discover, explore, and pursue professional experiences by collaborating with employers, alumni, students, faculty, and staff.

Palmer holds a BA in sociology and gender studies from Mount Holyoke College and has worked in nonprofit national service in Western Massachusetts for seven years.

She enjoys reading, singing, making art, participating in community organizing, and spending time with her two cats, Butternut and Olive.
