- Graduate school funds may be awarded to students only if they are presenting work done while a graduate student at UMass Amherst for a conference. Applications are considered throughout the year by the CICS GPD.
External Scholarships
The following funding opportunities are available to graduate students. Scholarships are available to an identified group of individuals. Certain fellowships must be nominated by the college and a call for nominations will be sent to all faculty and staff when the deadline approaches.

DOE Computational Science Graduate Fellowship | Undergraduate seniors, current master's degree students, first-year graduate students. | |
