Join us for a conversation with Erika Dawson Head as she shares about her  life journey marked by community service, political engagement, vocational education, parenthood, hope, and spirituality. Erika is the Executive Director of Diversity. She was Senior class president for the class of 2012 at CCSU and re-entered higher education as a member of historically marginalized communities after a 12+ year academic break. 

This will be a discussion about life, communities, parenthood, love, pain, education, joy, uplifting others, and overcoming adversity; this event is part of (Our)Story series, where CICS community members share stories about their personal or professional journeys, culture, identity, and lessons learned.
