The Biologically Inspired Neural and Dynamical Systems (BINDS) Laboratory in the computer dcience department at the University of Massachusetts Amherst was created to advance research in the interface between biological (and neuroscience) computing and artificial intelligence, improving knowledge, building superior AI, and using the results to contribute to humanity.
